How your answers are handled

Two parts, two rules.

The anonymous survey. We do not collect your name, email, login or device details. Your answers are stored with a random response number and nothing else: no date, no time, no identifier. A contractor's answers also carry the name of the contractor questionnaire, so they are known to be a contractor's but not whose. The survey pages write no request logs, and the cloud request log for this site is switched off. Completing this part is mandatory for every W-2 employee; for contractors it is requested, not required. It is never used in anyone's personal assessment; it measures leadership, management and the organization. The CEO alone reads the raw answers. External legal counsel advises the CEO on how findings are acted on. Other leaders receive scores and paraphrased themes, never raw answers or anything that could identify who wrote them.

The self-assessment. This part is for W-2 employees and is by name. The CEO reads and reviews it, and it may be shared with your managers as part of compiling your performance review.

How long we keep your answers. Anonymous answers are kept until the next survey, for comparison, and then deleted. After that, only summaries that identify no one are kept, in the company's metrics and to shape updated protocols and procedures. Other leaders receive only such summaries of the anonymous answers. Your self-assessment is kept for as long as you are employed, so that you can look back at your answers and track your progress; you can ask your manager or HR to see it at any time. It is protected the same way as the company's other personal information about you.

Confirming completion. If you are a W-2 employee, on your self-assessment page you will tick "I have completed the anonymous section of the survey." That records only that you confirmed it, with no time, so we can see that every W-2 employee has taken part. It records nothing about your answers. The counts the CEO sees are updated once a day, never live.
